Isabella Ferrero is really Julia Ann Grissom, a convicted criminal

 Bella, as she is known, was supposed to rent my apartment in Santa Monica for herself and instead turned it into an illegal Airbnb. Bella broke our agreement, refused to pay money under the terms of our agreement and I eventually lost my beautiful rent-controlled apartment on Ocean Avenue. Below are copies of our sub-lease agreement, the warnings I received from Pacific Plaza, and Bella's 30-day notice, showing she is responsible for the apartment until November 10th, 2023.
